1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using SoloPing.org ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SoloPing is a daily check-in service that:

• Sends you daily ping notifications
• Monitors your responses
• Alerts your trusted contacts if you don't respond within your configured timeframe

3. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. By using SoloPing, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

4. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly update any information to keep it accurate
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized use

5. Subscription and Payment

5.1 Pricing

The Service costs $4 USD per month, billed monthly via Stripe.

5.2 Billing

• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled
• Payment is due at the start of each billing period
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial months.

5.4 Refunds

We offer refunds only in cases of service failure or billing errors. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of charge.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information for yourself and trusted contacts
• Obtain consent from trusted contacts before adding them
• Keep your ping schedule and preferences up to date
• Respond to pings in a timely manner when able
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not abuse or harass other users or their contacts
• Not attempt to access others' accounts or data

7. Service Limitations

7.1 Not Emergency Services

IMPORTANT: SoloPing is NOT a substitute for emergency services (911, police, medical). In a true emergency, always contact emergency services directly. SoloPing is a wellness check tool, not an emergency response system.

7.2 No Guarantee

We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Notifications may be delayed or fail due to factors beyond our control (network issues, carrier problems, etc.).

7.3 User Discretion

Your trusted contacts are responsible for deciding how to respond to alerts. We are not responsible for their actions or inactions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLOPING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Service interruptions or delays
• Failed notifications
• Actions or inactions of trusted contacts
• Any damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months (maximum $48)

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold SoloPing harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another person

11. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it carefully.

12. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Harass, abuse, or harm another person
• Spam or send unsolicited messages
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Interfere with the Service's operation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Use automated systems to access the Service

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment
• Any reason, with or without notice

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or prominent notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your State/Country], without regard to conflict of law principles.

16. Dispute Resolution
